We come from practice and have gained several decades of specific experience around the daily challenges of risk managers, ICS managers and auditors. It motivates us to develop software that is pragmatic, modern and maintainable.
Founding history and recipe for success
The beginnings of our software go back to 2008, when the founding members worked together on a GRC system of a major Swiss bank. We have been on the market with our product since 2013 and have been continuously working on improving and expanding our software ever since. Together with our customers and ten thousands of users, we have gained countless insights from millions of control executions as well as thousands of risk assessments and audit points and incorporated them into a modern and practical software.

Lively community
Intensive exchange with our customers is a foundation of our work.
We regularly organize customer events to inform about the latest developments in the tool and to promote mutual exchange. This leads to close contacts, intensive collaboration (sometimes also between customers), and always to new ideas that are then incorporated into the software.

For more than 20 years, Jörg Mattes has been developing software for banks and industry.
The focus of his interest is to understand workflows and problems at their core and to find consistent, flexible and user-friendly solutions. In doing so, he draws on the wealth of experience of numerous projects in the compliance and risk environment, as well as profound knowledge of the possibilities of modern software development.

Beatrice Kofmel started her IT career 20 years ago as a developer and then turned to business analysis. She gained many years of experience at a major Swiss bank as a business analyst, project manager, software, test and requirements engineer in large projects covering a wide range of topics (credits, risk & compliance, workflow and digitization). The linchpin of her work is to understand the requirements, transform them into good concepts and thereby find an optimal, flexible and stable software solution for the customer.

As an economist, Fabio Rispoli has gained many years of professional and management experience at Swiss banks and securities dealers in the areas of risk management, compliance, as well as in the implementation of regulatory projects. In these roles, he has been at the forefront of the benefits of GoCompliant for several years, which is why he also understands the needs of our clientele very well. Fabio Rispoli is therefore also available to our customers for technical projects in the areas of ICS, Risk Management, etc.
