Software installation:
With the cloud variant, we can set up an instance for you within one day. In the case of the on-premises variant, you must allow for an internal lead time for the procurement of the hardware or the virtual server. Experience shows that the installation itself is completed within one day. If you want to connect your LDAP (Active Directory), you can expect another 1-3 days.
Setting up the content:
We provide Excel templates which we use to import your content (risk categories, controls, users, etc.) into the system. Depending on the scope, we need 1-3 days for this. If you connect your Active Directory via our LDAP interface, your employee data will be imported automatically.

In addition, we will discuss a few basic configurations with you and set the optimal parameters in the system for your needs.

All application components are hosted at Microsoft Azure Switzerland, including the database.

The data is stored there in encrypted form. This is ensured via BYOK (Bring-Your-Own-Key): The databases are encrypted with a customer-managed key that is controlled by GoCompliant (not by Azure).

The database is operated geo-redundantly, i.e. they are stored redundantly in two locations within Switzerland (mirroring from CH North to CH West).

Our expertise is primarily in software development. Depending on the project, we draw on a partner network of consulting firms to support you during implementation.
